Who is Thinspiration Coaching’s Ideal Client?

 I understand exactly where you are and the struggles you tackle every day with your weight and mindset about yourself. Weight loss is not just about changing your physical outer shell, it is also about changing your thought process and how you feel about you on the inside and changing your attitude and how you look at things. I have put together a list of someone who would be my ideal client below.

You are an ideal client if:

* you are a female
* you have 40 pounds or more to lose
* you have struggled with your weight throughout a majority of your life
* you have tried several ways to lose weight and it didn’t work for you
* you are serious about making healthy livable changes to your life and ready to take action now!
